Thank you for shopping with Robocura. We strive to provide high-quality wellness products and a seamless customer experience. Please read this Return, Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Definitions
Company / Robocura / We / Us / Our refers to Robocura Wellness, having its registered office at:
403/2, M.G.Road, Ghitorni, Opposite Metro Pillar 119, New Delhi – 110030.
Products / Goods refer to all massage chairs, massage recliners, foot massagers, wellness products, accessories, spare parts, and other items sold by Robocura.
Customer / You / Your refers to the purchaser of the Product.
Website refers to www.robocura.com.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 (Seven) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product.
A return request will be considered only if all the following conditions are satisfied:
The Product must:
· Be in unused condition.
· Be free from any scratches, dents, stains, marks, damage, misuse, alteration, or modification.
· Be returned with all original accessories, manuals, remote controls, cables, warranty cards, promotional items, and complimentary gifts (if any).
· Be packed securely in its original manufacturer packaging and outer shipping carton.
· Include all original protective materials, foam inserts, straps, and packaging components.
· Have the original serial number, barcode labels, and identification tags intact and unhampered.
Robocura reserves the right to inspect the Product upon receipt before approving any refund.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following Products are not eligible for return:
A. Installed or Used Products
Products that have been:
· Installed at the customer's premises.
· Used beyond reasonable inspection.
· Damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, power fluctuations, liquid exposure, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
B. Customized or Special-Order Products
Products manufactured, imported, modified, customized, or procured specifically against a customer order.
C. Clearance, Discounted or Promotional Products
Products sold under:
· Clearance sale
· Stock liquidation
· Display sale
· Special promotional offers
· Exchange offers
Unless the Product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
D. Accessories & Consumables
· Spare parts
· Accessories
· Remote controls
· Replacement components
· Hygiene-sensitive products
Unless delivered damaged or defective.
4. Return Request Procedure

The return request must include:
· Order Number
· Customer Name
· Contact Number
· Product Name
· Reason for Return
· Photographs and/or videos of the Product and packaging, if requested
Robocura may require additional information before authorizing a return.
No Product shall be returned without prior written approval from Robocura.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage verified by Robocura, the Customer shall be solely responsible for:
· Return shipping costs
· Packaging costs
· Transit insurance
· Loading and unloading expenses
· Transportation risks
The Product must be packed safely and securely using the original packaging.
Robocura shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurring during return transit.
6. Inspection of Returned Products
Upon receipt of the returned Product, Robocura will conduct a quality inspection.
The return may be rejected if:
· Original packaging is missing, torn, damaged, defaced, or incomplete.
· The Product is damaged, scratched, dented, stained, modified, or improperly packed.
· Any accessories, manuals, components, warranty cards, or complimentary items are missing.
· Serial numbers or identification labels have been removed or tampered with.
In such cases:
· The refund request may be denied.
· The Product may be shipped back to the Customer at the Customer's expense.
· Shipping and handling charges may apply.
Robocura's inspection findings shall be final and binding.
7. Damaged Return Shipments
Customers are advised to use a reliable, insured, and trackable shipping service.
Any damage occurring during return transit due to inadequate packaging, mishandling, or courier negligence shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds will not be processed for Products received damaged during return transit.
8. Refund Process
Once the returned Product successfully passes inspection and qualifies under this Policy:
· Refunds shall be processed within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the returned Product.
· Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
· Processing timelines of banks, payment gateways, credit card issuers, and financial institutions may vary and are beyond Robocura's control.
9. Deductions from Refund Amount
Robocura reserves the right to deduct reasonable charges from the refund amount including, but not limited to:
· Shipping charges
· Installation charges
· Reverse logistics costs
· Packaging replacement costs
· Payment gateway charges (where applicable)
· Damage or depreciation caused due to customer handling
Such deductions shall be communicated to the Customer before processing the refund.
10. Product Received Damaged or Defective
If a Product is delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from the Product ordered, the Customer must notify Robocura within 48 hours of delivery.
The Customer may be asked to provide:
· Photographs
· Videos
· Packaging images
· Serial number details
After verification, Robocura may, at its sole discretion:
· Repair the Product
· Replace the Product
· Replace the defective component
· Provide a refund
11. Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
If cancellation is requested after dispatch, the order shall be governed by this Return & Refund Policy and applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted.
Customized, made-to-order, imported, or specially procured Products cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced.
12. Refusal of Return
Robocu ra reserves the absolute right to refuse any return request that does not comply with the terms of this Policy.
